MACARONI & CHEESE 
2 c. uncooked macaroni
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. Velveeta cheese

Cook macaroni as directed. Melt butter in microwave; add flour, stir well and cook in microwave for 1 minute. Stir in milk, salt and pepper. Return mixture to microwave and heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Add Velveeta, cut in cubes. Add cooked macaroni. Heat in microwave until Velveeta is melted and sauce is smooth (7 to 15 minutes), stirring occasionally. Microwave setting is "high". Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
