RICE WITH BEANS 
1/2 green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. red oil
1 can beans
1 sm. onion
1 envelope of sason
1 tsp. garlic powder
3 c. rice water

Dice the onion and green pepper. Put everything except water and rice into a heavy Dutch oven or medium pot. Heat for 10 minutes. Stir every 3 to 4 minutes. Wash rice thoroughly. Then put the rice in Dutch oven with other ingredients. Mix together, add water until there is 1 1/2 to 2 inches of water above rice. Let boil until dry. Cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes.

RED OIL:

1/2 c. annato
3 c. oil

Put both things together and put it on stove for 10 minutes. After that, wait 5 minutes and use a strainer and strain the oil.
