LOWFAT SAUSAGE 
1 lb. low-fat ground turkey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. ground sage
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. liquid oil

Mix all ingredients well. Chill overnight. Form into patties. Fry slowly until brown on each side.
