STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch (not flour)
1 c. water
1-2 pt. stemmed and sliced strawberries
1 pie shell (graham cracker crust is good)
Cool Whip
3 tbsp. strawberry jello

Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan; stir in water. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in gelatin. Cool and pour over strawberries; mix well. Pour into cooked or prepared pie shell; refrigerate until set. Spread with Cool Whip.
