BUTTERMILK CHESS PIE 
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
Pinch of salt
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. buttermilk
1 unbaked pie shell

Thoroughly mix sugar, flour and salt. Add eggs, butter, vanilla, extract and buttermilk; mix well. Pour in pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until done.
