BUTTERMILK PECAN PIE 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. pecans
1 (9-inch) pie crust

Cream together butter and sugar. Blend in vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time. Add flour and salt a little at a time. Add buttermilk and mix together. Put pecans in bottom of uncooked pie crust. Put buttermilk mixture on top of this.
