CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE 
1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans (6 oz.)
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
8" pie shell, partially baked
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. sugar
2 extra lg. eggs
1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick) melted & cooled

Serve with fresh whipped cream.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Sprinkle pecans and chocolate chips evenly into the pie shell. Blend corn syrup, sugar and eggs into a medium bowl. Mix in Cool melted butter. Pour mixture slowly and evenly into the pie shell. Bake until firm, about 1 hour.
