1 German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar

Mix together cake mix, butter and 2 eggs. Mixture will be thick. Press in 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Mix together powdered sugar, cream cheese and 2 eggs. Pour over first mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
