STUFFED CUCUMBERS 
3 lg. cucumbers, peeled
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
1 egg
Salt to taste
1/2 c. water

Cut cucumbers in half lengthwise. Use spoon to remove seeds. Mix meat and onion and egg. Fill cucumbers with meat mixture. Press 2 halves of cucumbers together. Brush a little butter on cucumber. Put in baking dish and add 1/2 cup of water. Bake at 320 degrees until cucumber are tender and meat is brown. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
