HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 cans undiluted cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
8 oz. grated (or shredded) cheddar cheese
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns

Mix soup, sour cream and cheddar cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Add hash browns. Pour into casserole dish. Dot with butter on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let stand for a while before serving.
