PRIZE WINNING BEEF CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
4 to 5 oz. grated Cheddar cheese (room temperature)
1/2 sm. jar green olives
1/2 sm. jar black olives
1 (3 to 4 oz.) pkg. dried beef, chopped
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 sm. onion, minced
1/4 to 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans

Chop olives and mix with minced onion and chopped dried beef. Thoroughly mix together the cheeses, mustard, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce. Mix in the olives, onion and beef. Shape into 1 or 2 balls, depending on size you desire. Roll in finely chopped pecans. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
