1 (11 1/2 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate morsels
2 tbsp. vegetable shortening
3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
3/4 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine peanut butter, confectioners' sugar and butter. Mix until well blended. Shape into 1-inch balls and set aside.

Over hot (not boiling) water, combine chocolate morsels and vegetable shortening. Stir until morsels melt and mixture is smooth. Keep chocolate warm over very low heat. Using a candy fork, drop peanut butter balls into chocolate mixture and coat well; remove to wax paper. Continue until all are coated. Chill.
