BAKED TOMATO ROCKEFELLER 
12 thick slices tomatoes or 10-12 hollowed tomatoes
2 pkg. chopped spinach
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 c. plain bread crumbs
6 chopped green onions
5 med. eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. fresh minced garlic
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. Tabasco

Cook spinach according to package directions. Add remaining ingredients except sliced tomatoes. Arrange tomatoes in a single layer in a buttered or Pam sprayed baking dish. Mound spinach mixture on or in tomatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. The topping freezes well. This is a pretty holiday dish with its festive color.
