1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 3/4 c. cooked macaroni
10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, chopped and drained
1 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
5 eggs
Salt and pepper
2/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Grease a 12x7x2-inch dish. Mix mushrooms, macaroni and spinach. Spoon into dish. Beat remaining ingredients except cheese (cheddar). Pour over spinach mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
