LEMON CHEESE BARS 
1 lemon pudding cake mix
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice or ReaLemon

Mix dry cake mix with 1 egg and oil until crumbly. Reserve 1 scant cup for topping. Pat remaining mix into ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg until creamy. Spread over crust and then sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake for 15 more minutes. Cool. Serves 20.
