BAKED HASH BROWNS 
16 oz. carton sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese (about 2 c.)
32 oz. bag frozen hash browns (about 8 c.)

Thaw the potatoes if there's time. Mix together all but a small amount of the cheese. Spread in a 9 x 13 inch pan and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. May make a day ahead, cover and chill. Serves 8-10.
