BAKED HASH BROWNS 
2 lbs. pkg. southern style frozen
Hash browns, thaw out 4-5 hours
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of potato soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
8 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Spread hash browns in 9"x13" baking dish. Combine soups and sour cream on top of stove and cook just until blended. Pour over hash browns. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over top. Garnish top with paprika. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
