2 cubes butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
4 lg. or 5 med. eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. Old Fashioned oatmeal
1 c. quick oatmeal
1 c. dry roasted peanuts

Cream together sugars and butter. Add peanut butter. Beat eggs with vanilla. Add to first mixture. Combine flour, soda and salt and add to peanut butter mixture. Add oatmeal and peanuts. Bake 1/2 of mixture by making balls and flatten with fork on baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Add 1/2 cup cocoa or chocolate and 1 cup chocolate chips to rest of mixture. Bake as above.
