EASY PECAN TARTS 
2 eggs
1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 c. chopped pecans
8 (2") unbaked commercial tart shells
Whipped cream (opt.)
Pecan halves

Combine first six ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Beat well. Stir in chopped pecans. Spoon pecan mixture into tart shells. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 17 minutes. Garnish with whipped cream and pecan halves, if desired. Yield: 8 servings.

They're pre-made tart crusts (small pie crusts). You get them at the grocery store.
