PECAN TARTS 
12 empty tart shells
12 oz. pkg. pecan pieces
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. light Karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Fill empty tart shell 1/2 full with pecan pieces. Mix sugar and eggs by beating lightly with a fork. Add Karo syrup and vanilla. Pour mixture 1/8-inch from top of tart shells. Bake 25-35 minutes at 375 degrees.
