CHOCOLATE PECAN GEMS 
1/2 c. butter, softened
3 tbsp. powdered sugar
2/3 c. unsifted flour
1/3 c. sweetened cocoa mix
1 c. finely chopped pecans

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix butter and sugar until fluffy. Clean beaters. At low speed beat in flour and cocoa mix. Beat until thoroughly blended. Stir in nuts. Shape dough into balls. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cool, but while still warm roll in powdered sugar or granulated sugar.
