BEEF STROGANOFF 
4 lbs. sirloin, cubed
1 c. onions, sliced
1 lg. & 1 sm. can button mushrooms, sliced
Garlic salt & onion between each piece of meat
2 cans beef consomme
Broth from meat
Sour cream
Wondra instant flour to thicken

Place in slow cooker, when done, add broth from meat, beef consomme, thicken with sour cream. Put butter on hot, drained kluski noodles.
