1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1 c. water
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 bar German chocolate, grated
6 oz. chocolate morsels

Beat first 5 ingredients until mixed. Stir in chocolate and morsels. Pour in greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
