QUICK SPANISH RICE 
1 (14.5 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1-1/2 c. chicken broth
1-1/4 c. uncooked white rice
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. chili powder
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until rice is done. Makes 6 servings.
