1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 lb. mincemeat (jar)
1/2 c. apple butter
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and one egg at a time, beating thoroughly. Add mincemeat, apple butter, nuts and mix thoroughly. Add flour, baking powder, soda and salt.

Line bottom of pan with brown paper. Pour ingredients into pan and spread even. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
