I am way late in responding on my crock pot version of this with London Broil... but IT IS EXCELLENT. It is now my "keeper" recipe. I often do great quality hamburger patty - but without the bun (making it low carb)... This would also be outstanding to simply brown the patty... then simmer it in this to add perfection. Top it with a little A-1... Ummmm!
