BROCCOLI - CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts, cooked & boned (2 to 3 c. chicken)
3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli cuts
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 (10 oz.) cans cream of celery soup
2/3 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix

Cook broccoli until tender. Place it in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle cheese on top of broccoli. Dilute soup with water. Pour over cheese and broccoli. Spread cut up chicken. Prepare stuffing according to directions and place evenly over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 or 50 minutes.
