CURRIED CHICKEN 
1 whole fryer, cooked and diced

SAUCE:

1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
5 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. liquid (broth and milk)
6 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion

TOPPING:

Diced tomatoes
Sliced bananas
Bell pepper
Mandarin oranges
Pineapple
Raisins
Peanuts
Fren ch fried onions

Sauce: Melt butter; add onions. Cook 3-4 minutes. Mix salt, curry powder and flour; add to butter and onions. Stir until smooth. Add liquid, stirring constantly until thick. Add chicken and cook until chicken is warmed through.

Serve with rice. Serve topping in separate bowls, sundae style. Combine various toppings for interesting results.
