CHERRY SOUP 
2 pkgs. frozen and pitted sweet dark cherries
5 c. water
8 tbsp. apple juice concentrate
1/4 c. white wine

Place the cherries in a large pot along with the apple juice concentrate and water. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove cherry (save the water) and puree them. Return pureed cherries to water and add the white wine. Serves 6.
