BROCCOLI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. shredded Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) carton of sour cream
1/4 stick of butter
20 Town House crackers

Mix all ingredients except crackers and butter in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle top with crackers and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes to an hour.
