BROCCOLI, CHEESE, RICE CASSEROLE 
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
18 oz. Merkts cheese
1 can (soup can) Minute Rice
1 soup can water

Heat the soups; add cheese. Add remaining ingredients. Put in a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
