BROCCOLI-CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 chopped med. onion
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2 c. grated American cheese
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 c. melted butter
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Dash garlic salt
2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
1/4 c. slivered almonds
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped broccoli, partially cooked & drained

Saute onion in 1/4 cup butter. Combine balance of ingredients except the stuffing mix. Spoon into a 2 quart casserole. Combine stuffing and 1/4 cup butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
