BROCCOLI - CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 beaten egg
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1-2 tbsp. dried onion flakes
Crumbled Ritz crackers

Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain thoroughly. Salt and pepper it to taste. Combine broccoli with the remaining ingredients (except cracker crumbs) and pour into a buttered 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Top with the crumbled Ritz crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, or until bubbly and slightly browned.
