SPINACH ARTICHOKE SUPREME 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb. artichoke hearts, one can unmarinated
1 c. seasoned croutons
1/4 c. butter, melted

In large bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture into buttered 1 quart casserole. Arrange artichokes on top. Coat croutons with remaining 1/4 cup butter and spread over artichokes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
