8 med. potatoes, boiled, cooled and refrigerated overnight (the grated)
1 pt. sour cream
1/3 scant c. chopped onions
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. butter

Grate 2 cups cheddar cheese. Mix some into potato mixture. Put into a baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
