EGG NOG PARFAIT 
1 qt. commercial egg nog
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1/2 c. bourbon or cream sherry
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Pour egg nog into a large bowl; fold in Cool Whip. Add bourbon or sherry and nutmeg. Pour into parfait glasses and freeze. Let stand at room temperature before serving. May be served with an additional spoonful of whipped topping. Serves 10-12.
