EGG NOG CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract or 1 tbsp. dark rum
4 eggs
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. sherry (minus 1 tbsp or sip)

Combine all ingredients and beat for 5 minutes at medium speed of mixer.

Bake in a greased Bundt pan or other ring pan at 325°F about 60 minutes.
