EGG NOODLES 
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. Carnation milk
2 1/2 to 3 c. white flour

Mix the eggs, milk, salt and baking powder. Then stir in flour with spoon. Roll dough as thin as possible on lightly floured board. Cut dough in thin strips and let dry on cookie sheet. Cook in generous amounts of beef or chicken broth for 10-15 minutes.
