RICE - A - RONI CASSEROLE 
12 oz. ground turkey
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 pkg. Rice-a-Roni (chicken flavor)
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 c. carrots, sliced diagonally

In a large skillet brown turkey, adding garlic powder. Drain. Set aside. Saute rice/vermicelli mix and vegetables in 3 tablespoons butter, stirring frequently until vermicelli is golden brown. Stir in 2 1/2 cups hot water, contents of seasoning packet and browned turkey. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Stir before serving.
