CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken
1 pkg. chicken flavored Rice-A-Roni
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 box Stove Top dressing

Boil chicken and remove from bones. Reserve broth. Make Rice-A-Roni according to package directions, but use chicken broth instead of water. Add the two cans of soup and 1/2 can broth to the cooked rice and mix well. Put the boned chicken into a 9 x 13 inch pan and pour rice mixture over it. Mix well. Make Stove Top dressing using broth instead of water. Spread over chicken-rice mixture. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Remove foil and continue baking until dressing browns.
