SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean bulk sausage
1 med. onion, chopped
1 box chicken Rice-a-Roni
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated cheese

Combine sausage and onion; cook and drain; prepare Rice-a-Roni according to package directions. Combine with sausage mixture and soup. Place in 11"x7" baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts and mixture is heated through.
