SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. mild sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. Minute Rice, dry
1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimientos
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Cook and drain, crumble sausage; set aside.

Mix first 6 ingredients. Add to sausage. Bake 350 degrees about 30 minutes. Top with cheese. Cover with foil.
