BRAN MUFFINS 
3 c. bran cereal, ie Bran Buds or Allbran
2 c. buttermilk
1 c. boiling water
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 lb. butter
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt

Combine bran cereal, buttermilk, boiling water. Cream together eggs, sugar and butter. Add to cereal mixture. Add dry ingredients. Place in paper lined cupcake tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 36 muffins, batter will keep in refrigerator 2 weeks. Bake as you need.
