2 pkgs. lemon gelatin
2 c. canned tomatoes
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced cucumber
1/2 c. green pepper (chopped fine)
2 tbsp. grated onion
3 oz. soft cream cheese (or 1/4 c. sour cream)
1 c. mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip)
1 tbsp. horseradish

Stir gelatin into heated tomatoes. Add all other ingredients to gelatin-tomato mixture when cool. Chill in individual molds or 1 large mold.

I prefer Miracle Whip, as it gives a bit more zip.
