GARLIC GRITS 
1 c. quick cooking grits
1 sm. jar processed cheese spread (approx. 4 oz.)
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. butter
Salt to taste
Garlic to taste (at least 2 cloves)

Prepare the grits following the instructions on the box. After 5 minutes turn heat down and add cheese, eggs, butter and salt. Cook until cheese is melted and grits thicken (about 10 minutes in all). Pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle paprika and Parmesan cheese on top. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Serves 8.
