SWEDISH BUTTERHORNS 
2 cubes melted butter
2 c. sifted flour
1 c. sour cream
1 egg yolk

Combine egg yolk and sour cream, add to melted butter; mix. Add flour and mix well. Shape into three balls and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Mix 1 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Roll each ball as pie crust. Cut into triangles, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and roll up. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes depending on size.

GLAZE: Mix 1 cup powdered sugar and dab of boiling water, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Drizzle over cookies.
