1 pkg. Rice-a-Roni (use the type of mix which goes with type of meat being used)
1 lb. ground beef or diced beef/chicken
16 oz. pkg. Oriental frozen vegetables

Brown rice as indicated in directions on Rice-a-Roni package. Brown meat in separate pan. Mix meat and rice mixture together. Add oriental vegetables and extra water as needed. Makes 6 large servings.
