RICE - A - RONI SALAD 
2 (10 1/2 oz.) chicken Rice - a - Roni
2 jars artichoke hearts, drained, save juice
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. slivered almonds
1 c. water chestnuts, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
12 sliced stuffed olives
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Juice from artichokes

Cook rice as directed; cool. Mix gently with other ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
