EASY ROUND STEAK 
Slice round steak (preferably top round) into bite size pieces. (Steak slices easier when slightly frozen.) Cover with 1 to 2 envelopes brown gravy mix, depending on amount of meat used. Brown both sides in small amount of fat. Lower heat and cover, turning as necessary. Cook until tender. Use gravy over potatoes.
