BAKED CHICKEN 
1 frying chicken, approximately 3 1/2-4 1/2 lbs.
Natural tenderizer (unseasoned)
Garlic powder
Crushed oregano
Paprika
1 lg. glass baking dish

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lay chicken pieces in glass dish, skin side down. Shake on tenderizer. Lightly shake on garlic powder and crushed oregano. Turn pieces over (skin side up). Shake on tenderizer, garlic powder, oregano and paprika. Bake for 1 hour.

Peeled potatoes, carrots or other vegetables may be added if pan is large enough.
